Judy Garland, always loved and a wonderful talent that ended far too soon. Great Blog always of interest.
Today is the 95th birthday of the singer, actor, dancer Judy Garland. Like every child for decades, I first grew to love her from The Wizard of Oz, then I fell in love with the Andy Hardy films and A Star Is Born. Her life story reads like an unbelievable rags-to-riches tragedy with highly produced musical numbers in hyper-reality Technicolor. The world is a better place because she was in it and still feels the loss that she has left.
